Jeff Seabold, 39, is CEO of CS Financial, a real estate finance and services company. Founded by Mr. Seabold in 1998 and headquartered in Beverly Hills, the company employs over 60 people, with additional offices in Santa Barbara, Newport Beach, Woodland Hills and Mexico. Last year, the company originated more than $1.7 billion in residential and commercial loans.
A third-generation Californian, Jeff is a native of Glendale. He now resides in Santa Monica with his wife, Lia, a former senior executive with Chase Manhattan Bank, and their 3-year old son, Garrett.
Jeff is passionate about philanthropic causes, and is active in Habitat for Humanity-L.A. where he served as chairman, and is a board member of two non-profits, which benefit cancer research and supporting families of children with cancer respectively.
Jeff is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, residential real estate developer and wine collector.
