Natalie Shomer is a loan officer specializing in new-construction condo financing and residential mortgages.

Natalie embarked on a real estate career after spending a few years post-college working as an occupational therapist. In 2002, she joined Coldwell Banker where she worked as an agent alongside her father, a 25-year industry veteran. She transitioned from sales to finance shortly thereafter and managed a large brokerage firm in Newport Beach before joining CS Financial in 2005.

Natalie earned Bachelors of Science in both Biology and Business from the University of Southern California in 1999. A lifelong resident of Southern California, she credits her ability to close deals to practicing spiritual giving, kindness, and love.
