Mark Wetton is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience serving Malibu’s high-end real estate market. He has earned a reputation for hands-on service and creative solutions in traditional, construction and land financing, along with private money placement.

In 2008, Mark joined CS Financial, Inc., a highly regarded Beverly Hills-based residential/commercial mortgage bank. He currently serves as Senior Mortgage Consultant at their Malibu office. Mark launched his career in 1992 at Citibank and moved up to become a loan officer at First Capital, one of the nation’s largest mortgage companies. A frequent winner of President’s Club awards, he worked with Southern California’s top real estate firms, topproducing realtors, homebuilders, developers, and high net worth home buyers. He built his reputation by providing innovative lending solutions and delivering dedicated personalized service to buyers throughout Malibu and the Westside.

A longtime Malibu resident, Mark graduated from Pepperdine in 1981 and never left the area. He shares a Malibu home with his wife, Elisabeth, daughter Samantha and twins Patrick and Madison. An avid outdoorsman, Mark enjoys surfing, paddling, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and traveling with his family. He is active in the Malibu community, as an affiliate member of the Malibu Board of Realtors and serving on the Board of Directors of Malibu West Swimming Club.
