Michele Allyn
Managing Director, Santa Barbara

Michele Allyn is a seasoned real estate veteran possessing more than three decades of entrepreneurial experience culled from both the sales and lending sides of the industry. She joined CS Financial in December 2007, where she currently serves as Managing Director at the bank’s first Santa Barbara office.

Additionally, Michele is owner and Director of Training at Allyn & Associates REALTORS, a real estate brokerage serving California’s Central Coast and Santa Barbara County. Founded in 1989, the brokerage also specializes in license training for the California Real Estate exam.

Michele began her career in real estate in 1973 as a Santa Barbara-based agent before serving as Broker Associate/Vice-President & Training Director at Steve Schmidt & Co./Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in 1983, a position she held until 1998. While still a broker, Michele also worked as Senior Loan Officer at Prime Financial before moving to First Bank & Trust as a wholesale lending representative, where she remained until 2006.

Michele and her husband Greg have resided in Santa Barbara since 1969. An active member of the community, she has served as a guest lecturer for real-estate-related courses at Santa Barbara City College, and helped to facilitate “On Course” and “Step Into the Future,” self-esteem workshops for adults and teens. She has also been a Member of the Public arbitrator for the Santa Barbara Bar Association, and has served for many years on the Board of Directors  and Professional Standards Committee for the Santa Barbara Association.
