Eric Goren is a residential mortgage broker and Sales Manager of the Seabold Group at CS Financial, Inc. specializing in prime, Alt-A, FHA, no-doc, bridge and reverse mortgage loans. A family background in finance allows him to not just close transactions, but to also advise his clients throughout the mortgage process, evaluating and helping them to meet their real estate and financial goals. 


Eric doubled his personal production between 2009-2010, and as part of the high-volume Seabold Group with CEO Jeff Seabold, he built a solid book of business based exclusively on referrals. Before moving to CS Financial, Eric was an award-winning Account Executive and Area Manager for Countrywide Bank. At Countrywide, he ranked in the top 15 performers nationally in dollar-amount funded, and consistently ended each month as the top performer at his branch and in the top 10% in California. 



A Los Angeles native, Eric received his B.S. in Regional Development and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He also holds a California real estate broker's license. Eric and his wife Romi live in Tarzana with their two dogs George and Annie.
