With over 19 years of experience, Ed has earned a reputation for providing innovative solutions for institutional mortgage lending as well as private money placement. Having funded over 480 million dollars in loans, Ed’s extensive knowledge in mortgage lending has earned him the highest marks among his discerning clientele.

Additionally, utilizing the leverage of his financing resources, Ed has participated in several joint-venture real estate development and renovation projects. Most recently, he has served on the Board of Director’s for two real estate projects - a 24 unit condominium conversion, and a five acre 149 unit townhouse renovation.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. Passionate about philanthropic causes, he is dedicated to supporting those that are vulnerable to exploitation. Ed serves as a big brother and task force member for a mentorship program helping “at-risk” teenagers. Additionally, he is an active member and supporter of environmental and animal rights organizations.
