Loan Officers

David Westley is a loan officer at CS Financial specializing in residential, commercial, and multi-family loan packages. Mr. Westley began his career at Zenith Mortgage Company, where he served as a senior loan officer and member of the executive loan committee responsible for underwriting, review, and loan approval. After leaving Zenith, he spent the 1980's working extensively in the real estate development and investment industries.  He was Vice President of the Continental Development Company, the development subsidiary of Southern California Saving and Loan, and was directly responsible for the identification, analysis, acquisition, construction and sale of over 400 homes and condominiums a year. In 1989, Mr. Westley purchased the Charles Norris Company, renamed it the Advisors Lending Group, and presided over the expansion of the company for twenty years before joining forces with CS Financial in 2009.

Mr. Westley received Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Southern California, and studied landscape architecture at UCLA. A native Los Angeleno and active member of the community, he sits on the President's Executive Committee at the Orthopedic Hospital, and serves on the boards of the Junior Blind of America, the WBC, A-man International and now a member of the Ian Somerholder Foundation. Mr. Westley is an avid traveler and lifelong student of architecture, history, literature, and art. He and his wife Victoria live in Encino.
