Brandon Richman is Mortgage Banker at CS Financial specializing in residential financing for the last seven years.
Before joining the CS Financial team, Brandon gained extensive experience, industry knowledge and market insight as an apprentice for Mark Cohen, the top-producing mortgage broker in the country and founder of Cohen Financial Group. There he learned how to effectively close even the most complex deals, along with important strategies for growing and running a business.
Brandon spent two years at Countrywide Bank working in the sales and underwriting departments and learning the mortgage business from the ground up. He grew up in the Beverly Hills real estate market by observing his father, Stan Richman, manager of Coldwell Banker in the Beverly Hills office.
Brandon graduated from the University of Arizona Eller Business School in 2005 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. He currently resides in West Hollywood. He will provide the most competitive rates and cater towards each clients' needs.
