Francesco Foggia is an experienced real estate professional specializing in providing creative residential, commercial, and development financing solutions in Southern California. In 2005, Francesco joined CS Financial, Inc., where he currently serves as a Senior Loan Consultant.
Francesco began his career at such diverse companies as Salomon Smith Barney, Daewoo Corporation, and Northwestern Mutual before transitioning to real estate finance at Credit America Financial Services as a private mortgage banker. Applying his background in financial management and marketing to the mortgage industry has earned him a reputation for providing innovative lending solutions and delivering dedicated personalized service. Now at CS Financial, Francesco's reputation has allowed him to partner with the top CPA's, financial planners, and real estate agents and developers in Southern California.
A longtime Southern California resident, Francesco earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Management from California State University at Northridge. When not closing deals, he can be found practicing martial arts, on the basketball or tennis court, or winning a round of Cranium.
