Eric Logan

Eric Logan is a loan officer specializing in residential and commercial real estate lending solutions for FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA borrowers, local bonding programs, and private investors. He combines a proven ability to analyze financial information with his extensive background in luxury retail, and crafts tailored mortgage solutions to custom-fit his clients' short- and long-term needs.

In 2006, Eric successfully transitioned from a 17-year career as store director for Faconnable at Nordstrom to loan officer at First Mortgage Corporation. He received the "Rookie of the Year" award for top production in his first year, and consistently ranked in the top 1% of producers each year before joining CS Financial in 2009.

A native of Sacramento, Eric received his degree in Political Science from California State University at Sacramento. He has lived in San Francisco, Dallas, and New York over his extensive career, but now makes his home in Studio City, CA with his wife Sonya.
