Damon Germanides
Loan Officer

Damon Germanides is an experienced mortgage banking
and real estate professional. In 2006, Damon joined CS
Financial, where he currently serves as a loan originator.

Prior to CS Financial, Damon began his career in mortgage
banking at Meridias Capital, a privately owned mortgage
financing lender founded in 1999.

In addition, Damon served as general Manager and remains
Minority Partner at Mirabelle Restaurant, a legend on the
Sunset Strip and a popular Hollywood landmark since its
founding in 1971.

Damon received a Bachelor of Arts in both Latin and History
from Loyola Marymount University in 1996. Additionally, he
earned a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in
Finance in 2003 from the University of Southern California.
