Jeff Seabold

Jeff Seabold has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the real estate finance industry. In 1998, he founded CS Financial, Inc., where he currently serves as CEO.

In addition, Mr. Seabold is president of Camden Escrow, Inc., a real estate settlement service provider. Most recently, in 2007 he co-founded Camden Capital Partners, LLC, an asset-based lender and loan servicer, which he also co-manages. Mr. Seabold was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for PacTrust Bank. Mr. Seabold served as Board Chairman of Habitat for Humanity, and is a member of YPO-Los Angeles and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
