CS Financial executives have an average of over 21 years successful management experience in the real estate lending and mortgage banking industries, including origination, platform growth and enterprise building expertise in residential and commercial lending, mortgage banking, secondary marketing, compliance, investment, and consumer marketing.
Ms. Mai Nguyen joined CS Financial as the Chief Financial Officer in 2008. She has extensive experience in accounting, finance and human resources in real estate, mortgage and escrow. Prior to joining CS Financial, she was the Chief Financial Officer of First Capital Group, a mortgage banking company based in Los Angeles and acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Company. As Regional Controller at Prudential California Realty, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Company, she oversaw the operation of the Central Coast, Los Angeles and Orange County regions. Ms. Nguyen graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Finance.

R.J. Arnett, EVP, Head of Loan Production
R.J. Arnett is a seasoned executive with 26 years in the mortgage industry and a record of successfully building large ventures and managing corporate structures. Previously, Mr. Arnett served as Regional VP and Division Executive VP at Countrywide Financial, overseeing profitability, strategic planning, and production in 5 national regions. As Managing Director / Head of Production at MortgageIT, a Deutsche Bank subsidiary, he increased production, market share and branch expansion, managing all operations across the US. Most recently, Mr. Arnett served as Managing Director at StoneWater Mortgage. He is an alumnus of Occidental College. Finance.

Julie Duong, EVP Mortgage Operations
Julie Duong has more than 17 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Beginning with Countrywide Home Loans in 1992, Ms. Duong developed a comprehensive knowledge of mortgage credit including obtaining her DE with FHA, and held positions as underwriter, Branch Manager, and Regional Vice President for Countrywide’s Wholesale Lending Division. Her expertise includes the development policies and procedures for underwriting and loan compliance, process flow and branch operations engineering and the implementation of best practices in a branch environment. Ms. Duong is an alumnus of Santa Clara University.

Robert Satnick, SVP Secondary Market
Robert Satnick is a 25-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry. Before joining CS Home Loans, Mr. Satnick was the National Accounts Director for Mortgage Capital Management, a San Diego-based mortgage risk management and hedge advisory firm. Mr. Satnick was also a member of the executive management team at SBMC Mortgage in Van Nuys, where he was responsible for capital markets, corporate underwriting, shipping and post-closing, working with such notable financial firms as California Federal Bank, Coast Federal Bank and Home Savings Mortgage. Mr. Satnick received his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge, and holds a MBA from Pepperdine University.

Neal Mendelsohn, CMO Branding/Marketing/Culture
Neal Mendelsohn brings over 27 years of creative and executive leadership experience in branding, advertising, direct and digital marketing to CS Financial. He began his career in the 80’s as a copywriter for agencies serving the restaurant and video game industry and later rose to Chief Creative Officer. In 1995, Mr. Mendelsohn launched Critical Mass Advertising, which was acquired in 2001. He then launched Fourth Wall, a creative agency specializing in work for clients in mortgage/financial services, education and healthcare. Focusing on efficient lead generation and conversion, Mr. Mendelsohn helped grow Countrywide Bank from $100 million in assets to over $120 billion, making it one of the fastest growing banks in American history.
