A well established CPA firm recently chose CS Financial to represent their client, a high end automotive dealership in Beverly Hills. The dealership wanted to refinance their existing loan and establish a new banking relationship.

The subject building was occupied for many years by a large electric auto manufacturer. The tenant recently received a government grant, which allowed them to purchase their own building. With the single tenant vacating the premises, our client needed a bridge loan to provide tenant improvement funds to make ready the building for a new tenant.

CS Financial secured a line of credit against the building, with a local community bank in Newport Beach. The deal was priced at WSJ + 3.00% with minimal closing costs. The 18 month term will allow our client sufficient time to complete the improvements and bring in a new tenant.

Using a bidding environment, as well as a strong SBA relationship, with CDC Small Business Development, CS Commercial secured the land loan, accompanying construction loan and permanent Bank – SBA loans, start to finish.
