Craig Rowen

Craig Rowen has been working in real estate finance since graduating with a degree in Economics from UCLA in 1998, and has coordinated more than two billion dollars in financing for individuals, corporations, and real estate investors. He established the Rowen Financial Group and partnered with CS Financial in June of 2006 after spending the previous six years at Merrill Lynch as Vice President /Mortgage and Credit Specialist for the Southern California market.

Craig's clients and referrals come through an extensive professional network of financial advisers, CPAs, attorneys, business managers and other real estate professionals. He is focused on delivering customized solutions for every client, regardless of the size of the transaction.

Craig and his wife Azizah currently split their time between Los Angeles and New York, where Craig has recently established an East Coast presence for CS Financial.
