Celia Lorenzo, Escrow Manager
Overseeing all banking aspects and services of Camden Escrow, Celia began her career as an Escrow Officer with Founders Title/Old Republic Title in Northern California for ten years, working with developers and buyers. She then moved to Los Angeles to start a family, working with Brentwood Escrow and MB Escrow before joining Camden Escrow in 2005. She prides herself on being the dedicated, trustworthy, loyal, caring and unique Escrow Officer/Manager that she has come to be. When she’s not sewing up real estate transactions, she spends her leisure time sewing, crocheting, and scrapbooking.

Debbie Hilt, Sales Manager
Over the last 25 years, Debbie has marketed and delivered Title and Escrow services. In addition to Camden Escrow, she worked with Heritage Escrow, and was also a Title Rep for Commonwealth Title. She enjoys interacting with her fellow professionals in the real estate industry, maintains our client base, and cultivates new business, introducing Camden Escrow to the community. She is an alumnus of Glendale Community College.

Marsha C. Hoag, Sr. Escrow Officer
Marsha is a seasoned Escrow professional, having worked both as an Escrow Officer and Office Manager for several firms, including a DOC office. She continues to grow her skillset through professional courses and the Escrow Association, and focuses on providing the highest level of professional service to all her clients. She’s also a classic movie buff and counts jewelry design as one of her hobbies.

Maggie DeFina, Sr. Escrow Officer
Along with being a highly skilled Escrow professional, Maggie holds a California RE Broker’s license and has brokered numerous loans in her career. Seeing the business from all sides, she works to make every transaction as smooth and drama-free for everyone as possible. Maggie has held senior positions at GB Escrow and MDM Escrow, in addition to her work at Camden Escrow since 2007. She grew up in L.A. and holds a B.A. in Marketing from Marymount College. In her spare time, she’s an artist and enjoys traveling, old movies and a good book.

Joanne Arnaldo, Escrow Officer
Both a team player and experienced Escrow professional, Joanne works closely with fellow Camden Escrow team members, Loan Officers, Real Estate partners, and borrowers to make sure all statements and documents are reliably in order throughout the process. She holds a B.A. in Economics.

Maria Santana, Escrow Officer
Providing outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish is just one of Maria’s strengths. She is a dedicated Escrow Officer and professional, having worked in the mortgage business since the late 80’s. She started out her career as a Loan Processor/Escrow Assistant.

Jenny Hernandez, Escrow Assistant
Processing files from open to close, Jenny is an experienced Escrow Officer/Assistant and Notary Public. She’s also a fan of science fiction and parapsychology.
